- 7) How many lid covers are you ordering here:
- 8) If ordering more than one cover here, are the toilet lids the same size?
- 9) If not, make sure the fabric to be used for each is clearly marked for which toilet lid/size.
- 10) If the fabric has different patterns or ? Be sure and give us specific directions to include or if you want the center of the lid cover somewhere. Otherwise we will create what we feel the best use of the material.
- 11) Is this for a traditional: standard Round/Oval/oblong lid? Most likely purchased from a local hardware store?
- 12) Is this for a unique, square, D shape, extra large, or other non standard shape toilet? Most likely special ordered. Non standard lid covers will be charged $5 extra for extra handling.
- 13) Is there any bead work, sequins, jewels, etc... on the fabric that needs extra attention. You will be charged $5 extra for extra handling.
- 14) Is there an edge or lip on the lid? If so how wide is it? Does it go around the whole lid or just on the back edge or?
- 15) Measure the length and the width including the edge/lip. D shape and square include length and Back width, front width. Include it here.
- 16) Is Payment enclosed here? or sent by credit card through paypal, under what name?
- 17) What is your total payment? $30 per lid, $5 extra for each non traditional lid, plus $5 extra for each lid using material needing special handling.
